Terms of use

Play credits only. Casino credits are play credits for Casino 21 only. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged, and cannot be used in any other 21 service.

1. What Casino 21 is

Casino 21 is a free-play entertainment site. All games use play credits. Nothing is bought, sold or paid out, and the credits have no value outside the casino.

2. Who may play

You must be 18 or older. Signing in uses your 21 ID, managed at 21login.com, where the general 21 Group terms apply. The casino keeps only its own data: your credits, rounds and records.

3. Fair play

Every result is drawn on the server with a cryptographically secure random generator. The browser only shows the result. The pay tables and house edge of each game are listed on its help page. Every movement of credits is recorded and visible in My records.

4. Earning credits

If you switch it on, using other 21 services adds play credits to your casino balance. Those services tell the casino only the kind of action, never what you searched for or wrote, and you can switch this off at any time on the Earn credits page. Daily limits apply. Recommending Casino 21 to a friend earns credits only when the friend joins with a verified 21 ID, and the same person is rewarded once a month for the same service. Credits earned cannot be exchanged for money or used in any other 21 service. Attempts to cheat the earning rules, such as automated activity, can lead to credits being removed.

5. Changes

We may change the games, limits or these terms, and may reset or remove play credits, because they have no cash value.
